| 1 cup | Brown sugar |
| 1/4 cup | Chopped almonds |
| 4 oz. | Grated semisweet chocolate |
Line 8" square baking dish with foil and oil or butter the foil. Put butter and sugar in 2-qt glass measure. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 min. Beat with whisk until smooth. Microwave uncovered on high for 4 more minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup almonds and microwave 2-3 minutes more. Whisk a few seconds then pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate, cover with plastic wrap and let melt for 5 min. Spread chocolate evenly and sprinkle with reserved almonds. Cool and harden. Break into pieces.
