Baked Spicy Fries

Ingredients

6 Medium potatoes

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Paprika

3 tsp Cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp Black pepper

Preparation

Cut potatoes into wedges. Lightly spray a baking sheet with fat free oil. Put potatoes in plastic bag with 1/2 of oil and spices and toss. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, turning and brushing with oil often. Broil 5 minutes, turning halfway through.
