Quick breakfast or great for a snack.
ice
1/2 cup Yogurt (Low-fat)
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries (or any frozen berries)
1 Frozen Banana
1/3 cup Skim Milk
Add ice cubes from freezer to a blender. Next add yogurt, honey, berries, milk, and banana. Mix to desired consistency. You may also need to add more milk to your desired consistency.
Add protein powder any time to help keep you feeling full!
