Open faced Pita Calzones

1 calzone = 4 points

Ingredients

1/2 cup Part skim ricotta cheese

2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp Chopped fresh tyme

2 (6-inch) whole wheat pitas, split horizontally

2 oz Fully cooked ham, chopped

2 oz Sliced chopped turley breast

1/2 cup Shredded reduced fat itailan cheese blend

Preparation

1. preheat broiler

2. Combine ricotta, parsley and thyme in small bowl.

3. Place pitas, cut side up on broiler rack. Spread each piece with 2 TBSP ricotta mixture to the edge. Top each one with one quarter of the ham and turkey and 2 TBSP of the cheese blend

4. Broil 4 inches from heat until the topping is hot and the cheese blend is melted, about 6 minutes. Serve at once.
