1. preheat broiler
2. Combine ricotta, parsley and thyme in small bowl.
3. Place pitas, cut side up on broiler rack. Spread each piece with 2 TBSP ricotta mixture to the edge. Top each one with one quarter of the ham and turkey and 2 TBSP of the cheese blend
4. Broil 4 inches from heat until the topping is hot and the cheese blend is melted, about 6 minutes. Serve at once.
