Korean Steak Kebabs

2 kebab = 3 points

Ingredients

1/4 cup Soy sauce

3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp Minced fresh ginger

1 Garlic clove, minced

1 lb Top round steak, trummed and sliced for stir fry

Preparation

1. preheat broiler

2. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic in small bowl.

3. Thread steak on 8 (10 inch) skewers by piercing each strip in several places so that it lies flat.

4. Brush the kebabs with 1/2 the soy sauce and broil 4 inches from the heat 3 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining sauce. Broil until cooked through, about3 minutes longer.
