Mixed Grill Brochettes

Ingredients

1 lb Herb seasonaed beef tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

3 Ears of corn on the cob, cutt into 3-inch pieces

2 pieces Zucchini cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

2 Plum tomatoes cut into quarters

1 1/2 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

1. preheat broiler

2. thread beef, zucchini, corn, and tomatoes alternately on 4 (12-inch) skewers, Sprinkle with cumin and salt. Spray lightly with nonstick spray

3. Broil 4 inches from heat, turning every 2 minutes until zucchini is tnder and beef is cooked as desired, about 10 minutes for medium rare.
