Chicken with fruit salsa

1 serving = 4 points

Ingredients

4 (1/4 lb ) s/l b/l chx breast halves

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cumin

4 cups Store bought fresh fruit salad (such as oranges, strawberries, blueberries, seedless grapes, and watermelon)

1/4 cup Chopped red onion

2 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro

1 tbsp Lime juice

Preparation

1. sprinkle both sides of chicken with 1/4 tsp salt and the cumin. Grill until cooked, 5-6 minutes each side.

2. combine fruit salad, onion, cilantro, lime juice and remaining salt in a bowl

3. serve chicken with salsa on the side

1 serving = 1 chx breast half and 1 cup salsa
