Apple Pie

Ingredients

1 box Pie dough or homemade 2 crust pie dough

6-8 Granny smith apples

½ stick Butter

1/4 cup Flour or 2 T. cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 cup Sugar

Preparation

Core and peel apples. Place one pie crust in pie plate. Place apples in pie plate. Top with butter, flour (or cornstarch) salt, sugar and cinnamon. Place second pie crust over apples. Crimp edges, poke air holes in top pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees F for 40 minutes.
