Coconut Cake

Ingredients

1 package White cake mix

1 can (small) cream of coconut

1 Container Cool Whip

1 can Sweetened condensed milk

1 Large can crushed pineapple, drained

1 package Fresh frozen coconut (thawed)

Preparation

Bake cake according to package directions. Mix condensed milk & cream of coconut. While cake is hot, pierce several holes in the cake & pour the milk mixture evenly over it. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate.

Spread crushed pineapple on top of cake. Spread cool whip on pineapple & sprinkle with fresh coconut.

Leftovers freeze well.
