Fruit Salad

Good for Brunch or dessert

Ingredients

1 20 oz Can chunk pineapple

1 pkg Vanilla tapioca pudding

1/2 cup Halved maraschino cherries (drained)

2 11 oz Cans mandarin oranges (drained)

2 Sliced bananas

Orange juice

Preparation

Drain juice from fruit saving pineapple juice. Add orange juice to pineapple juice to make 2 cups liquid. (This is real orange juice, not what is drained from the mandarins). Prepare tapioca mix according to instructions on the box using 2 cups of fruit juice instead of milk. When pudding cools, add pineapples & oranges. Refrigerate overnight. Add bananas & cherries just before serving. May be topped with cool whip.
