1. spray boiler rack with cooking spray and preheat broiler
2. Combine preserves and lime juice in a small bowl
3. Comnine prok, pineapple, jerk seasoning, and salt in medium bowl, toss to coat.
4. Thred pork and pineapple on 4 metal skewers (12 inch). Place on broiler rack and broil 5 inches from hear, turning every 2 minutes until pork is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
5. Brush kebabs with about 1/2 the glaze and broil 1 minute more. Turn kebabs, brush with remaining glaze and broil until lightly browned, about another minute.
