Sweet Cornbread

A surefire crowdpleaser at your next potluck! Serve with a main dish, or on it's own as a great snack or dessert!

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix

1 box Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix

Eggs

Milk

Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Prepare mixes per box instructions, then blend together. Grease a 9x9 pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Serve warm for best results and top with butter and honey. (Hey, I didn't say this was a low fat recipe!)

Cook's Notes

* You can double the recipe by using 2 boxes of the Cornbread mix and a regular size Pillsbury or Betty Crocker yellow cake mix, use a 9x13 pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
