Broccoli Tortellini Alofredo

Serving size 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

2 Qts water

1 pkg (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortillini

3/4 lb Fresh broccoli florets

1 Envelop alfredo sauce mix

1 1/2 cups Fat free milk

2 tsp Reduced fat butter

1/8 tsp Ground nutmeg

1/4 cup Shredded parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

1. In large sauce pan bring water to boil. Add tortelini and broccoli, cook until tender.

2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, whisk the sauce mix and milk. Add butter and nutmeg. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Drain tortellini and broccoli. Place in large bowl. Stir in alfredo sauce, parm cheese and pepper.
