1. In large bowl, combine pears, apples, sugar, and allspice. Transfer to an 8-in square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with caramel topping.
2. In a small bowl combine oats, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle over nfruit mixture.
3. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until toppinmg is golden brown and fruit is tender. Let stand for 15 minutes. Spoon cooking juices over each serving: garnish with whipped topping.
