Heat Skillet to Medium, spraying briefly with cooking spray. Cook bacon until about half way complete while dicing onion/garlic. Slide bacon to side of pan and dry-fry onion and garlic. Remove bacon from pan. Pour egg whites over onion and garlic. wait until bottom of eggs is white and lay slice of bacon 2/3 the way over the egg mixture. Add Italian seasoning evenly over mixture. Fold eg mixture in half. Cook until lightly browned, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
