Great teriyaki flavor.
2 1/2 pounds Boneless chuck steak -- In 1/8'' strips
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 clove Garlic -- Crushed
2 tablespoons Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
Combine everything except meat in a small bowl. Mix well.
Place meat into slow cooker. Pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve over rice. Chinese vegetables can be added for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
