Just simple tacos, with our favorite ingredients.
Corn Tortillas (or flour)
Fat-free Refried Beans
White Rice, cooked
Cilantro
Chopped Tomatoes
Romaine Lettuce, finely chopped
Taco Sauce
Onions, finely chopped
Hot Sauce
Black olives (opt)
Cheese (opt)
Sour Cream (opt)
Guacamole (opt)
Heat beans on stove.
Warm tortillas in pan on stove.
Add ingredients to taco as desired.
Chop cilantro and add to cooked rice.
