| 1 lb | Turkey italian sausage, sweet or hot with casing removed |
| 2 tbs | Olive oil |
| 1/2 lb | Button mushroom |
| 1 1/2 cups | Red onion, chopped |
| 1 tsp | Dried basil |
| 1 tsp | Garlic salt |
| 1 tsp | Italian seasoning |
| 1 tsp | Parsley flakes |
| 1/2 tsp | Fennel seed |
| 1 lb | Angel hair pasta |
| 1/2 cup | Romano cheese, grated |
Break up sausage in large skillet; cook over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes, until no longer pink inside.
Allow sausage to drain in a colander.
Wipe skillet clean.
Start pasta cooking
Heat oil in same skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, red onion and all herb/seasonings; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Stir in sausage and cook additional 5 minutes.
Drain pasta and toss with sausage and cheese
