| 1 | Egg, lightly beaten |
| 1/2 cup | Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs |
| 1 | Lemon, cut into wedges |
Preheat oven to 500, and coat a 9 x 13" baking pan with non-stick spray.
Rinse and dry the scallops.
Place the egg and bread crumbs in separate dishes.
Bread the scallops and place them in the baking dish in one layer--not touching.
Spray the tops lightly with the spray.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Squeeze lemon over scallops as desired.
