Claude's Sauce Brisket

Ingredients

1 3-4 lb. Brisket

8-10 oz. Claude's Brisket Sauce

Garlic to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Line 9x13 pan with heavy duty foil (enough to make a pocket & tent.) Wash brisket & pat dry. Place brisket in pan fat side up and stab repeatedly with a fork. Pour Claude's sauce (shake well first!) over brisket and sprinkle with garlic, salt, & pepper. Close foil pocket & tent. Marinate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour and turn down to 250 degrees for AT LEAST 3 or 4 hours.

Cook's Notes

For a 9-10 lb. brisket - 300 degrees for 1 hour & 250 degrees for 8 hours.
