Line 9x13 pan with heavy duty foil (enough to make a pocket & tent.) Wash brisket & pat dry. Place brisket in pan fat side up and stab repeatedly with a fork. Pour Claude's sauce (shake well first!) over brisket and sprinkle with garlic, salt, & pepper. Close foil pocket & tent. Marinate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour and turn down to 250 degrees for AT LEAST 3 or 4 hours.
