Campbell's 15 minute Chicken and Rice

Quick and easy.

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Vegetable oil

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup

1 & 1/2 cups Water

1/4 tsp. Paprika

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 & 1/2 cups Uncooked Minute rice

2 cups Fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets

Preparation

Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken & cook until browned. Remove chicken. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

Cook's Notes

For creamier rice, increase water to 1 & 2/3 cups.
