Great side dish for hamburgers or barbeque.
2 cans Corn (can use 1/2 white & 1/2 yellow)
1 Small onion - chopped very fine
6-8 oz. Finely grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Mayo (i use light)
1 10oz. Pkg. chili flavored fritos
Mix together all of above ingredients (except fritos) the day before you plan to serve. Right before serving add the fritos.
