Japanese fryed beef dumpling and sauce you will not be able to stop yourself from eating more!!

Ingredients

Gyoza

1-2 packages Gyoza wrappers (fine in asian market) Or can use Wonton wrappers, but they are thicker.

1 lb Ground beef. Do not cook!

1/2 Head Cabbage chopped.

1 bunch Green onion and some green tops. Chopped

1 teaspoon Garlic

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/2 teaspoon MSG

Corn oil

Preparation

Gyoza

Mix all ingredients by hand till mixed thru.

Spoon about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon in each wrapper. Wet edges and seal

with little water. Pinch to seal.

Deep fry in corn oil till golden brown on both sizes. Drain on paper towel.

Serve with sauce below.

Dipping Sauce:

Mix together equal amounts of:

Soy Sauce

Vinegar

Lemon Juice

Red devil sauce (or hot sauce) Or to your taste for hotness.

Sprinkle in a little dry parley & together mix.

Serve with Gyoza dumpling's

Cook's Notes

My family just cann't seem to get enough of these! Gyoza Wrappers can be found in your asian stores. Adjust the spices to your taste. I use corn oil for it gives it a better taste in frying and doesn't burn as easy as vegetable oil. I make as a meal with Fried Rice.
