Ingredients
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
1 cup Dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
4 Orange roughy fillets
(four Ounces each)
Preparation
In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in greased 13-in x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 15-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
