1 cup Cashews
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Hazelnuts
1 cup Macadamia nuts
1 teaspoon Cardamom
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch powdered Ginger
2 tablespoons Ghee
1. chop nuts
2. melt butter
3. mix melted butter, spices and nuts
4. roast at 4oo F for 10-15 minutes
