In a large skillet, over medium high heat, brown chicken until there is no longer any pink inside. Remove to a plate and put in the refrigerator to cool.
In an extra large bowl, combine cabbage, Ramen noodles, dry roasted peanuts, green onions and cooled chicken.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Immediately pour over the cabbage mixture. Toss until well-coated.
Serve with warm, crusty, French rolls.
