A sweeter coleslaw perfect for a summer get-together. The almonds give it just the right crunch! I usually make this the night before so it can sit a little longer.
½ cup Fat free mayonnaise
¼ cup 1% milk
¼ cup Sugar
½ tsp Celery seed
½ tsp Dill weed
5 cups Shredded cabbage
(or Fresh Express Coleslaw Mix)
1/3 cup Slivered almonds
Salt and pepper
Whisk together in a large bowl until smooth: mayo, milk, sugar, dill weed, celery seed and salt and pepper to taste. Add cabbage and almonds. Stir with large spoon until well coated. Chill, covered, for at least an hour before serving.
