Method, crust
1. Combine flour, butter, salt
2. Mix in food processor until dough clumps
3. Mix in cheddar cheese
4. Divide dough in half
5. Divide halves, 1/3 for top crust, 2/3 for bottom crust
6. roll out larger ball for lower crust, form into pie pan
7. roll out smaller ball for top crust
Method, filling
1. Peel and slice apples
2. Mix all filling ingredients
3. Place half mixture in each pie crust
4. Place top crust over pie and pinch crust edges together
5. Pierce top crust with fork
6. Bake 350º for 1 hour
