Ingredients

1 Loaf Italian Bread

1/4 lb. Genoa Salami

1/4 lb. Carado Pepperoni Grande

1/4 lb. Capicola

1/4 lb. Mortadella

1.4 lb. Sharp Provolone Cheese

1/4 lb. American Cheese

2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1/4 Head Lettuce

1 Onion, Sliced Thin

1 Tomato, Sliced Thin

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Cut the Italian bread lengthwise and put a tablespoon of olive oil on each side of the bread. Layer the rest of the ingredients.
