Fruit Crisp

Ingredients

Fruit

2 pint Fruit (Your Choice)

1 cup Sugar

2 tablespoon Cornstarch

2 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Topping

1 cup Quick Cooking Oats

1 cup All-Purpose Flour

1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 cup Butter, Melted

Preparation

Combile all the fruit ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium heat until the sugars become a syrup.

Combine all the topping ingredients mixing well.

Split the fruit mixture in half by pouring each half in a pie pan. cover each of the furit pans with half of the topping.

Bake at 350* for 30 to 45 minutes.
