1 lb. Black - Eye Peas, Dryed
3 Stocks Celery, Diced
2 Onions, Diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
4 cloves Garlic, Graded
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
10 cups Water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Suace
3 teaspoons Hot Sauce
Mix all the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high heat until the beans are tender.
Put soup in steril Mayson Jars and process in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes @10 pounds of pressure.
