Baked Italian Sausages with Potatoes, Onions, and Peppers

Delicious dinner for the oven!

Ingredients

1 pkg. Mild Italian sausages
4 Potatoes, peeled and halved
1 Red pepper, halved
1 Yellow pepper, halved
1 Onion, peeled and quartered
 Olive oil
 Salt
 Black pepper
 Oregano
 Garlic powder
 Cayenne

Preparation

Toss potatoes, onion and peppers in olive oil. Put more olive oil in the bottom of a pan. Poke holes in sausages. Roll sausages in olive oil to coat. Sprinkle one side liberally with seasonings; roll potatoes and sausages over; sprinkle again. Top with onions and peppers. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 1 hour, or until peppers are blackened.
