Combine Soup, water, rice, and seasoning packets. * Pour half of rice mixture into greased 3.5 to 4.5-qt slow cooker. Lay chicken on top of rice. Pour remaining rice mixture over checken. Cover and cook on low heat 6-7 hours or on high heat 3-4 hours. Do not overcook or rice will become mushy.
Serve with a spinach salad topped with apple chunks and rasberry vinaigrette.
* Rice will expand during cooking time. Do not cook this recipe in a slow cooker smaller than 3.5 qts.
