Easy, affordable, hearty meal any time of day.
1 lb Ground seasoned pork sausage (or other ground sausage you prefer)
6 Eggs
1. BROWN sausage in skillet - making sure to crumble. (No need to drain unless there's much excess liquid.)
2. ADD eggs. Continue to COOK on med-high & STIR until eggs are cooked.
3. SERVE immediately.
My best friend's mom made this all the time, & we've always loved it. Now I make it for my husband; he likes to add cheese on top. It's easy to increase ingredient amounts for more people.
