Chinese Meat Balls

Presto Pressure Cookers Cookbook

Surprisingly delicious. Kids love it every time I make this.

Ingredients

1 pound Ground meat

1 1/2 cups Cabbage, finely grated

2 Medium onions, finely grated

1/4 teaspoon Ginger

2 teaspoons Soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Oil

1 cup Water

1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Preparation

Combine meat, cabbage, onions, ginger, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and salt. Shape into balls. Heat pressure cooker. Add oil, brown meat balls on all sides.

Add water and 1 teaspoons of soy sauce. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once. If desired, thicken gravy with cornstarch dissolved in water.
