| 3 1/2 | - 4 1/2 pound chicken parts |
| 3 | Medium onions, cut in rings |
| 1-2 | Garlic cloves, thinly sliced |
| 2 tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 4 teaspoons | Minced fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons dried, crumbled rosemary |
Clean chicken parts, then add salt and pepper. Toss together onions, garlic, olive oil and rosemary.
Spread half the onion mixture in a shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken on top. Cover with remaining onion mixture. Then drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil on top.
Bake 45-55 minutes at 400 degrees.
