| 16 ounces | Ziti |
| 3 1/2 cup | (32 ounces) spaghetti sauce |
| 2 cups | (16 ounces) cottage cheese |
| 2 cups | (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella |
| 1/4 cup | Chopped parsley |
| 1 | Egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 teaspoon | Oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Cook ziti for 10 minutes, then drain. In a large bowl, combine ziti, 1 1/2 cup sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In 3-quart casserole, pour 1/2 cup sauce. Spread ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
You can make this ahead then refrigerate until ready to bake. Just increase the cooking time to 45-60 minutes.
