Quick, inexpensive, healthy.

Ingredients

1 can (14 3/4 ounce) of pink salmon

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3/4 cup Bread crumbs

1/2 cup Sliced green onions

3 Egg whites

Preparation

Mix all ingredients then form patties. Cook on oiled skillet until light brown on both sides.
