Preheat oven to 400
slather ribs (as many ribs as you need to feed your family. The kids and I usually eat 1 each and Clay will eat 2-3) with Ah-so sauce.
Place them on a broiler pan. Cook for 25 minutes.
Carrots- Peel and slice carrots and steam for 20 mintues or until tender. Mix hot cooked carrots with 1-2 TBS butter.
