Boneless ribs with glazed carrots

Not so much a recipe since it's really, really simple. This is Zoe's favorite meal.

Ingredients

For the ribs-

Boneless spare ribs

Jar of Ah-so sauce

For carrots-

6 Large carrots peeled and sliced or bag of baby carrots

1-2 tbs Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400

slather ribs (as many ribs as you need to feed your family. The kids and I usually eat 1 each and Clay will eat 2-3) with Ah-so sauce.

Place them on a broiler pan. Cook for 25 minutes.

Carrots- Peel and slice carrots and steam for 20 mintues or until tender. Mix hot cooked carrots with 1-2 TBS butter.

Cook's Notes

This is great for those nights you don't want to do anything involved. My kids both love this. I usually bake potatoes for the boys and Zoe and I have salad with this.
