1 can (6 ounces) light oil-packed tuna
2/3 cup Guacamole
¼ cup Chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Ground flaxseed
2 6-inch whole-wheat hoagie rolls
1. Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a fork.
2. Split the rolls in half, and fill each half with ¼ cup of the mixture.
