Fast great, fairly healthy sandwich
2 slices Whole wheat bread
1 Slice colby jack cheese
1 Slice beef pastrami, lowfat
4 slices Pepperoni
1/2 tbl Light mayo
1/2 tbl Mustard
1 piece Green leaf lettuce
Put mustard on one piece of bread, mayo on the other
Put the other ingredients together in the order you want!
Eat
