I eat these snacks throughout the day

Ingredients

1 Serving Kozy Shack Pudding

1 Serving Activia Strawberry Yougurt

2 Blocks Hershey Dark Chocolate

1 Serving Motts Apple Sauce (Natural)

1 Serving Mixed Nuts (Unsalted/Lightly Salted)

10 Single Carrots, baby, raw 10 slices Celery, raw

1 tbl Peanut butter

1 Single apple, raw

Preparation

Eat these throughout the day for a healthy blend of veggies, fruit, nuts, dairy and a little heathy chocolate
