Fried Rice

A easy way to satisfy your craving for asian food.

Ingredients

1 cup White rice

2 cups Water

1 half A large yellow onion diced.

2 Table spoons of minced garlic

1/2 stick Butter

4 Eggs beaten

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/4 cup Rice wine.

Large skillet

Cooking spray

Salt and pepper tt.

Preparation

Spray large pot with cooking spray.

Add rice and water.

Cook on high flame until rice comes to a boil.

When rice comes to a boil set flame on low cover pot and let simmer for 20 minutes.Remove rice from flame

leave covered and set aside.

In large skillet add 1/2 stick of butter and set flame on low.Add beaten egg mixture, let cook until fluffy.

Spray eggs and skillet with cooking spray.

Add onions and garlic .

sautee on low until gold and tender.

remove lid from rice pot and add rice to the skillet .

Using spatula mix rice and vegtables and egg together

let cook for about three minutes

Slowly pour in soy sauce mixing with spatula

all the while.

when rice is well coated (will turn light brown)cook for three more minutes.

Add rice wine blend in evenly and cook for another three minutes.Remove from heat let cool and enjoy!
