Honey N' Egg Oatmeal

Great source of calcium and protein.

Ingredients

1 Egg

2 tbsp Oatmeal

1 cup Skim Milk

1 tsp Honey

Preparation

1. Beat Egg 2. Bring skim milk and oatmeal to the boil. Turn off heat, then add beaten egg and stir well. 3. Add honey before serving

Cook's Notes

garnish with raisins or any other dried fruit on top for great taste and texture
