Yummy for all occasions, and can be served as a appetizer on cut French bread.
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
1cup Feta Cheese crumbled
2 tbsp Fresh chopped garlic (or more)
1/4 cup Chopped fresh basil
3 Swirls Olive oil
3 Swirls Tarragon White Wine Vinegar
In medium bowl add washed, sliced in half tomatoes, garlic, feta cheese and basil.
swirl with oil and vinegar
Toss and serve.
addition to this you can add chopped onion and cucumber to create a healthy side dish, for any meal.
