Easy Crockpot Recipe
1 can Healthy request cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. No-fat sour cream
16 oz. Skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 c. Mushrooms
1/2 c. Chopped onion
1 1/3 c. Uncooked elbow macaroni (3 oz)
Spray a slow cooker with butter flavored spray. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in chicken, mushrooms and onion. Add uncooked macaroni. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Gently stir again before serving.
Serving Size = 1 cup
