Lumberjack Hash

Easy to Make and delicious. I double this recipe.

Ingredients

2 t. Oil

2 t. Butter

1 c. Onion

1 c. Chopped bell pepper

2 Garlic cloves

1 lb. Shredded hash browns

4 oz. Diced ham

3/4 c. Shredded cheese

Preparation

Heat oil and butter. Add chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook 3 minutes. Add hash browns and ham. Cook until brown. Add cheese.

Serving Size = 1 1/2 cup
