Beef Fajitas

Try it with chicken for a change.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Chili powder

1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon Black pepper

1 lb Boneless beef sirloin steak (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick) cut into slices.

2 teaspoons Vegetable oil

2 cups Sliced bell peppers (any color)

2 cups Scliced onion

1 cup Shredded cheese

8 6" tortillas for soft tacos & fajitas heated

1/2 cup Salsa

Preparation

1. Mix chiii powder, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and black pepper together. Coat both sides of meat with 1teaspoon of oil and rub mixture onto meat

2. Heat pan with remaining teaspoon of oil to medium heat and add beef. Cook turning beef frequently for 4 minutes. Then add peppers and onions and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes.

3. Wrap steak and vegetables in warm tortilla and top with cheese and salsa.
