THE cinnamon syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
2/3 cup Water
2 Tbls flour
2 Tbls butter
Add all ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 3 min. Add butter. Serve warm.
DO NOT LET OVERCOOK. Must watch the entire time.
