Fry chicken breast pieces in pan…..I use sesame oil.
In a casserole dish mix together: one can cream of chicken soup, couple tablespoons mayo, tablespoon or so of lemon juice, 2-5 tablespoons curry (depends on the kind of curry and to your taste)
Add Broccoli or asparagus to the casserole. I quickly first slightly steam my broccoli so it’s slightly cooked. Add chicken to casserole….mix all together. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for half an hour
